Caroline's glad he's not going to push it, but something about Eddie's tone seems off. Brow furrowed, she looks up and... oh. He looks almost as miserable as she feels right now. Well that's just great. While she supposes this could all be an act on his part, it's really more likely that he actually was trying to do something nice. And she just... wow. Yeah. Nice one.
